An automatic lubricator is designed to regularly and automatically supply a lubrication point with a small amount of clean grease or oil, thereby improving bearing performance. The decisive advantages of an automatic lubricator are better employee safety, higher machine reliability and optimized maintenance. SKF SYSTEM 24 lubricators are suitable for a variety of applications, but are mostly used on pumps, electric motors, fans, blowers, conveyor belts and chains. They can be set so that the lubrication point is always supplied with the correct amount of lubricant over a specified period of time. Compared to conventional manual lubrication processes, the amount of lubricant supplied can be controlled and controlled more precisely. Optimal flexibility under the operating conditions, three series available:

SKF SYSTEM 24 LAGD series

LAGD is a gas powered automatic single point lubricator. It is suitable for installation directly in dangerous environments with limited space. This disposable lubricator with a pressure of 5 bar and for operating temperatures from -20°C to +60°C is a cost-effective solution for customers who want to improve their manual lubrication practices. LAGD has a capacity of 60 or 125 ml for up to 12 months.

SKF SYSTEM 24 TLSD series

TLSD is an electromechanical, temperature-independent, single-point lubricator that can be installed both directly at the lubrication point and at a distance from the bearing housing. It works with a constant pressure of 5 bar and at operating temperatures from -10°C to +50°C. TLSD can be set to operate for up to 12 months, the cartridges are available in sizes of 125 and 250 ml.

Automatic SKF single-point lubricator TLMR series

With a relatively high pressure of 30 bar, this lubricator covers long distances and delivers optimal results at difficult to access or dangerous lubrication points. Thanks to its wide temperature range and stable construction, the TLMR lubricator is suitable for operating conditions with varying temperatures and vibrations. The TLMR lubricator works reliably at ambient temperatures between -25°C and +75°C and has an operating time of up to 24 months. Cartridges with 120 or 380 ml.

Applications

Best suited for the following lubrication points: 

  • Frequent relubrication, time-consuming and labor-intensive 
  • Machine shutdown as a prerequisite for relubrication
  • Security aspects with difficult access
