Lubricant distributor UV in segment design for automatic progressive lubrication systems

Distributors of type UV have a modular design and consist of a base plate and a metering disk section. The base plate comprises an inlet disk and an end disk, as well as three to eight metering disks. The metering disk section comprises three to eight metering disks (depending on the number of outlets required), which are attached to the base plate. There are FKM O-ring seals between all parts.

There must be at least three dosing segments. There are either one or two outlets on each of the dosing segments. Whenever a single dosing disk or a crossporting connector is used, the unused outlet must be closed.
