SKF mixing valves / flow dividers

SKF mixing valves mix oil and air into a metered oil + air mixture and are installed in the compressed air line leading to the consumer. There are both fixed and adjustable throttle distributors, with which the flow rate can be determined by yourself. These metering devices are used both in circulating lubrication and in consumer lubrication.

Mixing valves without dosing unit

Mixing valves can be placed directly in the compressed air line if there is no space for a mixing head. From here it is possible to create several branches to consumer points. Mixing valves without self-metering require a metering piston metering device in an intermittently operated single-line central lubrication system or an injection oiler for the oil supply.

Mixing valves with self-metering

In contrast to mixing valves without self-metering, a piston metering device for oil metering is already installed in these SKF mixing valves. The oil connection of the mixing valve is connected directly to the main line of a single-line central lubrication system without the need for another piston metering device. You can select the required amount of oil using interchangeable metering nipples.
