Electric grease filling pump series GTP-C
For filling the storage tanks of central lubrication systems in wind turbines, on mobile machines and industrial plants. The grease filling pump GTP-C (Grease Transfer Pump) is an electric gerotor gear pump for the use of grease containers.
After switching on the main switch on the terminal box of the pump, it is ready for use. The functional status is displayed via 2 LEDs: green indicates the power supply and yellow indicates that the pump is ready for use. The pump pumps as long as the button on the cable remote control is held down.
The grease is sucked into the container under the follower plate and pumped using a gear pump. When the follower plate reaches the bottom of the container, an empty level signal switch (optional) is activated, which switches the pump off automatically. Opening the vent makes it easier to replace the empty grease container.
Hose lines and cable remote controls in various lengths, as well as various couplings and connections, are available for connection to the pump container to be filled and can be ordered separately.
