Focus: Oil cleaning - A robust solution for an invisible problem
RecondOil Box 21
The ROBX21 is a robust solution for a consistent oil flow to the filter – entirely without complex digital monitoring functions. It offers exceptional reliability and durability, reducing susceptibility to component failures, electrostatic discharges, water ingress, vibration, and shock.
Advantages
The ROBX21 keeps the oil in optimal condition by continuously cleaning it of particles of all sizes, deposits, and water through its kidney-shaped circulation system. The benefits: fewer or no oil changes, significantly reduced CO₂ emissions, less maintenance, and improved machine reliability and performance. The result: greater sustainability, substantial cost savings, and increased productivity.
Features
The ROBX21 series includes filter housings with 1 to 8 filters. It can utilize depth filters, core filters, and boost filters for optimal cleaning. Thanks to its high motor inertia, even larger particles pass through without difficulty. Minimal electronics and no networking ensure reliable, cost-effective, and simple operation.
Lubrication tools and equipment
For decades, SKF lubrication tools and equipment – under the trusted Alemite and Lincoln brands – have set standards for quality and durability. Even under the toughest conditions, from mining and construction to agriculture and the steel industry, they have proven their reliability and earned the trust of customers worldwide.
Manual lubrication remains the most common method for maintaining industrial and mobile machinery. We recognize its critical importance and will be focusing even more on this segment in the future.

SKF / Lincoln Product Updates Q1/26
SKF Compact Lubricator (ETP) certified for cleanroom environments
We are pleased to announce that the ETP has been tested and certified by the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation IPA according to ISO 14644-1 for use in cleanroom environments. Under the specific test conditions (room temperature 22 ±1 °C; dew point: -40 ±2 °C), it is suitable for use in dry cleanrooms that meet the requirements of air cleanliness class 1 according to ISO 14644-1. Air cleanliness class 1 is the highest of nine classes.
Why is this important?
The automotive industry is continuously driving forward electromobility. Enormous efforts have been made to increase performance, reduce energy consumption, lower emissions, and improve safety. Numerous automotive components must now be manufactured according to strict cleanliness regulations. Battery production for electric vehicles, for example, requires at least ISO Class 7. There are many other industries where clean air is mandatory or recommended, including:
- Semiconductor technology
- Electronics
- Microsystems technology
- Optics
- Photovoltaics
- Pharmaceuticals
- Medical technology
- Biotechnology
- Food technology
CLS and CLP systems are also tested and certified.
