P203 V Control Board Update

SKF has updated the P203 V control board:

• Combining the previous two V10 / V20 boards into one board
• Optimization of the empty signal (shutdown after triggering)
• Interchangeability is ensured (terminal arrangement)
• KBA and UL approvals are available

P203 Pump Reservoirs with up to 60 liters (without follower plate)

The wind industry is making significant efforts to extend maintenance intervals and reduce costs. In the area of lubrication, larger pump reservoirs can help achieve these goals. The reservoirs without follower plate are now available and can be configured using the P203 order code.

Initial Filling with LGCC 2

The previously used Fuchs Renocal FN 745 grease for the initial filling of proven pumps such as the P203, the SSV metering device, and the lines is now being replaced by the SKF LGCC 2 lubricant. SKF LGCC 2 is identical in performance, properties, and technical data to Fuchs Renocal FN 745 and is fully miscible.

MFP Manual Refill Pump

The MFP is a manual refill pump specifically designed for applications with NLGI grade 0 to 2 greases. It is intended for use with 18 kg drums or pails with or without a follower plate.

FP-500 Filling Pump

Due to a change in supplier for the FP-500 filling pump, the operating lever and the dimensions of the reservoir tube have changed slightly. The surface is galvanized. A protective plug M26x1.5 is screwed on.

Surface Change for B-Type Metering Units

SKF has changed the surface finish from galvanized to Fe/ZnFe8/Fn/T0 (C3 medium according to DIN EN ISO 12944-9). The reason for this is that most B-Type Metering Units are used outdoors – including on salt-laden roads in winter.

310 Series Metering Units

The entire 310 series has been discontinued. This affects the following part numbers: 312-x, 313-x, 315-x. The 310 metering units can be replaced by the 340 series (342, 343, 345).

345 Series Metering Units

As of February 25, 2025, the PSG1 metering units will be discontinued. In most cases, a PSG2 metering unit can be used as a replacement for the PSG1.

Alemite 14.4V Cordless Grease Gun

The 586 series of 14.4V Alemite cordless grease guns will be discontinued to focus exclusively on the 20V platform. In addition, single-battery versions will be phased out, affecting the European versions 596-C1, 597-C, and 597-D. Replacement: 596-D1, 20V, 2.5Ah, 2 batteries in a set, 1 charger, CE-certified.

Fuchs Chisel Paste

Fuchs Lubricants Germany GmbH and LUBRICANT CONSULT GmbH (Lubcon): Following the acquisition of Lubcon by Fuchs in July 2024, we will discontinue the Fuchs chisel paste in coordination with Lubcon.

HCC Hose Connection Check

The entire HCC series will be discontinued; there is no replacement. There are still a few evaluation units for HCC (236-10986-1) in stock, which can be offered as spare parts until September 30, 2025.

PFHM ATEX Pumps

The following two PFHM ATEX pumps are no longer available:

• PFHM-6-B6-C5-ATEX
• PFHM-6-B6-C3-ATEX
