Compact Lubrication Pump CLS Touch
For use in single-line lubrication systems with oil and fluid grease
Easy configuration and clear operating status display
With the introduction of the CLS Touch compact lubrication pump series, designed for use in small and medium-sized single-line lubrication systems, we present the next member of the SKF eLube family, suitable for oil and fluid grease applications. The pump enables easy parameter setting and intuitive monitoring of the single-line lubrication system's function.

CLS Touch lubrication system certified for use in clean and dry areas
The automotive industry is consistently driving forward electromobility. Numerous vehicle components must now be manufactured according to strict cleanliness standards. Battery production for electric vehicles, for example, requires ISO Class 7. The CLS system "7311-50000069" has been certified as suitable for use in clean rooms that, when operated under the specified test conditions, meet the specifications of air cleanliness class 4 according to ISO 14644-1.
Update of the P203 M control board
The previous supplier has discontinued production of the M board. SKF is therefore switching to a new supplier. The layout and software of the M board remain unchanged. KBA/UL approvals have been successfully completed. The change will take place after the current M boards have been used up. Delivery of the new ones is planned for the end of June 2025.
Note: SKF has also updated the P203 V board and announced the change in the last newsletter.
OCU filter standardization
The SKF Muurame plant is standardizing the same filter housing size for all OCU base units. The OCU-05 and OCU-10 units feature a long filter housing, which is already used in the OCU-30 units. All OCU-05 and OCU-10 units with the designation "P" (short filter housing) will be replaced with the designation "PL" (long filter housing).
P203 Reservoir Kits:
Simplify Maintenance and Upgrades
Due to longer maintenance intervals, the need for larger reservoirs is becoming increasingly important for customers. Did you know that SKF offers reservoir conversion kits that allow you to convert existing pumps for this purpose? The complete kits contain all the necessary components and detailed technical instructions. This turns complex maintenance and upgrade procedures into simple, error-free processes.
Upgrade Kits:
SKF is now expanding its offering with two kits that allow you to convert 4- or 8-liter reservoirs to 15 liters. In addition to the already available 2- to 4- and 8-liter conversion kits, two kits are available. The service manual explains in detail how this works.
