3. Use of cookies:

3.
Of course, you can object to the processing of your personal data for advertising and data analysis purposes at any time. You can inform us about your objection to advertising using the contact details above.

§ 5 Use of our web shop

1.
If you want to order in our web shop, it is necessary for the conclusion of the contract that you provide your personal data, which we need to process your order. Mandatory information required for the execution of the contracts is marked separately, further information is voluntary. We process the data you provide to process your order. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.

Since our offer in our web shop is aimed exclusively at commercial customers, it is necessary that you create a customer account. This way we can be sure that you are an entrepreneur and not a consumer. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.

By opening the customer account, we can also save your data for later purchases. When you create an account, the data you provide will be stored revocably. You can always delete all other data, including your customer account. Deleting your customer account is possible at any time and can be done by sending a message to the above contact.

2.
To fulfill the contract in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b DS-GVO we pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods.

3.
Due to commercial and tax regulations, we are obliged to save your address, payment and order data for a period of ten years. However, we will restrict processing after two years, ie your data will only be used to comply with legal obligations.

§ 6 Hosting services by a third party

As part of processing on our behalf, a third-party provider provides the hosting and presentation services for us. This serves to protect our legitimate interests, which predominate in the context of a balance of interests, in a correct presentation of our offer in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR. All data collected as part of the use of this website or in the forms provided in the web shop as described below are processed on its servers. Processing on other servers only takes place within the scope explained here.

This service provider is located within a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

§ 7 Newsletter

1.
With your consent, you can subscribe to our newsletter, which we use to inform you about our current interesting offers. The advertised goods and services are named in the declaration of consent.

2.
We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to register for our newsletter. This means that after you register, we will send you an email to the email address you provided, asking you to confirm that you would like the newsletter to be sent. If you do not confirm your registration within 24 hours, your information will be blocked and automatically deleted after one month. In addition, we save your IP addresses and the times of registration and confirmation. The purpose of the procedure is to prove your registration and, if necessary, to clarify a possible misuse of your personal data.

3.
The only mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your email address. The provision of further, separately marked data is voluntary and is used to be able to address you personally. After your confirmation, we will save your email address for the purpose of sending the newsletter. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR.

4.
The newsletter is sent as part of a processing on our behalf by a service provider to whom we pass on your email address.

This service provider is located within a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area.
For the dispatch of our newsletter we commission:

CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG
Mühlenstr. 43
26180 Rastede
Germany

Data protection declaration: https://www.cleverreach.com/de/datenschutz/

5.
You can revoke your consent to the sending of the newsletter at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can declare your revocation by clicking on the link provided in every newsletter email or using a form on the website.

6.
We would like to point out that we evaluate your user behavior when sending the newsletter. For this evaluation, the emails sent contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which represent one-pixel image files that are stored on our website. For the evaluations, we link the data mentioned in § 3 and the web beacons with your email address and an individual ID.

Links received in the newsletter also contain this ID.

The data is only collected in a pseudonymized form, so the IDs are not linked to your other personal data.

You can object to this tracking at any time by clicking on the separate link provided in every email or by informing us via another contact. The information is stored for as long as you have subscribed to the newsletter. After logging out, we save the data purely statistically and anonymously.

§ 8 Postal advertising and your right to object

In addition, we reserve the right to use your first and last name as well as your postal address for our own advertising purposes, for example to send you interesting offers and information about our products / services by post. This serves to protect our legitimate interests in a promotional approach to our customers, which predominate in the context of a balance of interests, in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR.

You can object to the storage and use of your data for these purposes at any time by sending a message to the contact option described above.

§ 9 Use of Google Analytics

1.
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address is only transferred to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there in exceptional cases.

2.
The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

3.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by using the browser plug-in available under the following link. Download and install in: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

4.
This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()". As a result, IP addresses are processed in abbreviated form, so that they cannot be linked to a person. As far as the data collected about you is personal, it is immediately excluded and the personal data is deleted immediately.

5.
We use Google Analytics to analyze and regularly improve the use of our website. We can use the statistics obtained to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. For the exceptional cases in which personal data are transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR.

§ 10 Use of Google Adwords Conversion

1.
We use the offer of Google Adwords to draw attention to our offers on external websites with the help of advertising material (so-called Google Adwords). In relation to the data from the advertising campaigns, we can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are. We are therefore interested in showing you advertising that is of interest to you, to make our website more interesting for you and to achieve a fair calculation of advertising costs.

2.
These advertising materials are delivered by Google via so-called “ad servers”. For this purpose, we use ad server cookies, through which certain parameters for measuring success, such as the display of clicks or clicks by users, can be measured. If you access our website via a Google ad, Google Adwords stores a cookie on your PC. These cookies usually lose their validity after 30 days and should not be used to identify you personally. For this cookie, the unique cookie ID, number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), last impression (relevant for post-view conversions) and opt-out information (marking that the user does not wants to be addressed anymore) are saved.

3.
These cookies enable Google to recognize your internet browser. If a user visits certain pages of an Adwords customer's website and the cookie stored on their computer has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. A different cookie is assigned to each Adwords customer. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked via the websites of Adwords customers. We ourselves do not collect and process any personal data in the advertising measures mentioned. We only receive statistical evaluations from Google. Based on these evaluations, we can see which of the advertising measures used are particularly effective. We do not receive any further data from the use of advertising media,

4.
Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to the Google server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our level of knowledge: By integrating AdWords Conversion, Google receives the information that you are the corresponding part of our website called up or clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, there is a possibility that the provider will find out and save your IP address.

5.
You can prevent participation in this tracking process in several ways:

a) by setting your browser software accordingly, in particular suppressing third-party cookies means that you will not receive any advertisements from third-party providers;
b) by deactivating the cookies for conversion tracking, by setting your browser so that cookies for conversion tracking are blocked, https://www.google.de/settings/ads, whereby this setting will be deleted if you delete your cookies;
c) by deactivating the interest-based ads of the providers that are part of the self-regulation campaign "About Ads" via the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices, whereby this setting will be deleted if you delete your cookies;
d) by permanent deactivation in your browsers Firefox, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome under the link http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin.

We would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this offer to their full extent.

6.
The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR.
Further information on data protection at Google can be found here: http://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy
and https://services.google.com/sitestats/de.html. Alternatively, you can visit the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) website at http://www.networkadvertising.org. Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

§ 11 Google reCAPTCHA

We use the offer of Google reCAPTCHA on our website. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

reCAPTCHA is intended to check whether the data entry on our website (e.g. in a contact form) is made by a person or by an automated program. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics. This analysis begins automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, length of time the website visitor stays on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis are forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses run completely in the background. Website visitors are not advised that an analysis is taking place. The legal basis for the use of Google reCAPTCHA is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in protecting our web offerings against abusive automated spying and against spam.

Further information on Google reCAPTCHA and Google's data protection declaration can be found at the following links: https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/ and https://www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/android.html.

§ 12 Online job applications / publication of job advertisements

If you send us applicant data and / or application data, this data will be electronically collected and processed by us to process the application process. The legal basis for this processing is Section 26 (1) sentence 1 BDSG in conjunction with Article 88 (1) GDPR.

If an employment contract is concluded after the application process, we will save the data you submitted during the application in your personnel file for the purpose of the usual organizational and administrative process. The legal basis for this processing is also Section 26 (1) sentence 1 BDSG in conjunction with Article 88 (1) GDPR.

If an application is rejected, we automatically delete the data transmitted to us two months after notification of the rejection. However, the data will not be deleted if the data requires a longer storage period of up to four months due to legal provisions, e.g. due to the obligation to provide evidence according to the AGG, or until a judicial process is completed. The legal basis in this case is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR and § 24 Paragraph 1 No. 2 BDSG. Our legitimate interest lies in legal defense or enforcement.

If you expressly consent to your data being stored for a longer period of time, e.g. for inclusion in an applicant or prospect database, the data will be processed based on your consent. The legal basis is then Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time by making a declaration to us with effect for the future.

§ 13 analysis by wiredminds

1.
Our website uses tracking pixel technology from wiredminds GmbH (www.wiredminds.de) to analyze visitor behavior.

If necessary, data is collected, processed and stored, from which user profiles are created under a pseudonym. Where possible and sensible, these usage profiles are completely anonymized. Cookies can be used for this. Cookies are small text files that are stored in the visitor's Internet browser and are used to recognize the Internet browser. The data collected, which may also include personal data, are transmitted to wiredminds or collected directly by wiredminds. wiredminds may use information left by visits to the website to create anonymized usage profiles. The data obtained in this way will not be used without the separate consent of the person concerned, to personally identify the visitor to this website and they are not merged with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym. If IP addresses are recorded, they are anonymized immediately by deleting the last number block.

2.

§ 14 shop stars

This website uses shopstars.org, a sales promotion product from the company "overheat UG (limited liability)" at Stürzenberger Weg 30, 51766 Engelskirchen, Germany. Shopstars represents communication elements in the form of widgets. These are dialog boxes that open on the website and are highlighted by a shadow. With these, the operator of this website can inform you about certain things. You in turn can contact him, for example. The operator's legitimate interest lies in this communication.

If you enter personal data in a shopstars widget, it will be transmitted to shopstars, saved and made available to the operator of this website in the form of order processing. Shopstars in turn deletes this data after 90 days at the latest. If you do not want to submit personal information, do not interact with the widgets. You have the right to contact the operator of this website for information, correction, deletion and restriction of the processing of your data. The contact data can be found in the imprint.

When using this website, Shopstars also collects non-personal data such as URL, time, shopping cart value, noted or ordered items, operating system, browser, language, resolution and type of device. These are stored in a non-personal form and evaluated for statistical purposes. You can only prevent this by deactivating the execution of Java Script in your browser. Alternatively, you can prevent the execution of JavaScript code by installing a JavaScript blocker (e.g. https://noscript.net/ or https://www.ghostery.com). However, it is very likely that you will not be able to use all functions of the website to their full extent.

In order for the widgets to function correctly, shopstars stores some statistical data in your web browser on your device in the clipboard or in cookies. You can prevent this by deleting existing cookies and deactivating the storage of cookies in the settings of your web browser. We point out that the widgets may not work correctly in this case.
