Immersion pumps for heavily contaminated fluids
Spandau immersion pumps from the PR4, PRA, PRT, HCT, PMS and PSH series are used here. They are mainly used in cooling and temperature control units, optical machines and machine tools. Even lyes and acids are safely pumped away in addition to mineral and synthetic fluids with high operational reliability and low maintenance requirements.
PR immersion pumps made of plastic
These compact sealless immersion pumps are suitable, for example, for cloudy or contaminated liquids, even with chemical additives. Air conditioners, sawing machines, stone saws, grinding machines and cooling systems are the preferred areas of application for the PR series. They can optionally be equipped with an extension tube, thermal switch or condenser, for example.
PRA / PRT / HCT immersion pumps made of plastic
The sealless immersion pumps PRT and PRA are mainly used for industrial fluids. These are 1-5-stage Spandau centrifugal pumps in three-phase or single-phase drives. They are particularly suitable for use in humidification systems, medical devices, optical machines and in grinding technology. In addition to water emulsions, salt water, acids and developer liquids can also be pumped.
PMS immersion pumps
The Spandau centrifugal pump or immersion pump from the PMS series is designed for pumping heavily contaminated media. It can be installed in containers and is equipped with an unventilated motor. The "System Spandau" slurping version is available for airborne liquids.
PSH immersion pumps
This Spandau series is preferred for waste water and media in hydrocyclone filter systems. It is suitable for installation in the tank and is equipped with a pressure connection with an internal thread. Immersion pumps for slightly contaminated fluids
The Spandau immersion pumps for lightly contaminated media can be supplied without a seal or with a mechanical seal. Flexible immersion depths with extension options and simple installation provide them with a wide range of possible uses in machine tools, filter systems, cooling and temperature control devices and optical machines.
PRG immersion pumps made of plastic
These Spandau centrifugal pumps are equipped with a stainless steel shaft. They are designed for pure or cloudy liquids, i.e. for water and water emulsions, distilled or ionized water, alkalis, acids, developer liquids and more up to a particle size of 0.3mm. The good chemical resistance is achieved through the use of high-quality plastics such as POM and PEI. Easy handling, low weight and good efficiency are just a few product advantages.
PRK immersion pumps made of plastic
This immersion pump seals hydrostatically with a large selection of immersion depths. Water, light acids, cleaning liquids and cooling and cutting oils with a temperature of max. 60 degrees Celsius are eligible media. The connection dimensions of this sealless Spandau pump follow the standard DIN EN 12157.
PS and PSL immersion pumps
This immersion pump with closed impeller has been explicitly designed for large flow rates. With the slurping pump "System Spandau" air-polluted media can also be pumped. It ensures that the air is separated from the liquid and discharged during the pumping process. Through this ventilation, the flow rate remains constant and the desired cooling or lubrication is guaranteed.
PSR immersion pumps
This sealless link housing pump works with a mechanical seal in the top pressure range. It also offers variable diving depths. The pressure connection is located above the tank plate. These pumps are designed for lightly contaminated fluids and are also suitable for installation in tanks.
PXA immersion pumps
The powerful immersion pump PXA has a performance range of up to 500 l/min. It works with standard motors and variable diving depths. It is a classic link housing pump with a mechanical seal in the top pressure range. Thanks to their stainless steel and cast iron design, liquids can also be pumped up to 80 degrees Celsius.
Immersion pumps for pure media
The main areas of application for these Spandau immersion pumps are machine tools, filter systems and cooling and temperature control units. The range of pumped media ranges from oil-water emulsions, pure liquids without long-fiber components, to silicone oils. The advantages of these immersion pumps are the high level of operational safety, simple and quick installation and processing from highly wear-resistant materials.
LMP high-pressure screw pumps
This high pressure positive displacement pump from the Spandau pump repertoire is constructed with three spindles and is equipped with a pressure relief valve. The variable immersion depth is guaranteed by a suction pipe. The spindles are made of hardened high-performance steel while the rest of the spool is made of cast iron with lamellar graphite.
ATEX - ink pumps
Ink pumps are mainly used in printing and packaging machines. In addition to cleaning fluids, they promote solvent-based paints, varnishes and lacquer paints and, of course, water colors. High chemical resistance and low maintenance requirements are important for this. The simple separation of motor and pump enables a quick ink change.
PAB immersion pumps - explosion-proof according to ATEX 95
With the PAB immersion pumps, a simple change of printing ink is possible by separating the motor and pump. The built-in hydraulic part is suitable for cleaning purposes. The pump is made of gray cast iron with a chemical surface seal. In addition to printing machines, this pump is also used for washing and degreasing systems, impregnation and galvanic baths. Due to the even and pulsation-free liquid delivery, these Spandau centrifugal pumps are particularly predestined for color delivery. Due to the open impeller configuration, small particles are permitted in the backflow.
PNB immersion pumps - explosion-proof according to ATEX 95
These Spandau pumps are characterized by their extremely compact design and pressure-resistant encapsulation. The pulsation-free centrifugal pump is very wear-resistant and is available in 1 to 2-stage versions. By adapting the drive power, it is also suitable for higher viscosities. The ATEX (ATmosphère EXplosible - explosive atmosphere) applies to all "devices" (eg machines, equipment, ...) that are used individually or in combination for the generation, transmission, storage, measurement, control and conversion of energies and for the processing of materials that have their own potential ignition sources and can cause an explosion.
Spandau hydrocyclones are mainly used in filter-free cleaning systems for grinding machines. They are made of wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant plastic. The advantages lie in the increase in the degree of purity by connecting several cyclones in series or in the increase in pure water output when connected in parallel. They are made from abrasion-resistant plastic.
Spandau hydrocyclones are particularly suitable as components for filter system-free cleaning systems. They are economical centrifugal separators for cleaning low-viscosity media such as water and emulsions. All cyclone parts are made of corrosion-resistant, abrasion-resistant plastic and are therefore low-wear. The only wear part is the underflow nozzle, where the greatest dirt concentration occurs. All parts are easy to assemble and disassemble - without special tools.
This pump series HDZ-2 is designed for flow rates of 90 l / min and a lower degree of purity. The exact degree of purity to be achieved depends on various factors, such as the viscosity of the liquid, the shape and size of the impurity and the pressure difference in the cyclone.

Integrated frequency inverters are an energy-efficient, reliable and economically convincing alternative to standard solutions. They improve the process flow of machines and systems by optimally adapting to the respective machining process, for example by speed control.
